A scholarship allows students to focus on academics, increasing their chances of staying in school and graduating on time. Who Should Apply:

  • Open to all current 2025-2026 Esperanza high school seniors planning on
    attending a community college or four-year university.
  • Scholarships are awarded based on major, community service, and written
    essay

Deadline: April 17, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. 

 
Who Should Apply:
  • Student must be pursuing a post-secondary education or a degree in a STEM related field
  • Student must live in Anaheim and receive electric and/or water service from Anaheim Public Utilities
  • Student must be enrolled as a high school senior
  • Student will be enrolled as a full time student in a two or four year accredited post secondary institution or trade school in the upcoming academic year
  • Deadline: April 19, 2026 at 11:59 pm
 

APLE Scholarship

Who Should Apply:

  • Be a graduating senior from a PYLUSD high school
  • Unweighted academic grade point average 3.0
  • Demonstrate involvement in and sensitivity to human, social, and civic issues.
  • Demonstrate upstanding character such as responsibility, reliability, and integrity.
  • Involvement in school and community activities
  • Interest in a career involving some type of public service
Deadline: April 10, 2026 to APLE Office
 
Who Should Apply:
  • High school students
  • Field of study: Theater or Performing Arts
  • Must be living in California
  • For Moderate to Low Income Families
  • Deadline: May 4, 2026

 

 
Mojave Chapter Cal State Fullerton University Scholarship
Who Should Apply:
  • Graduating senior
  • Must be a California resident
  • Planning to attend CSUF as an American History major and must be enrolled in 12 units per term beginning Fall 2026
  • Unweighted high school 3.75 minimum GPA 
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Please stop by the College and Career Center for application 
  • Deadline: April 15, 2026
 
Mojave Chapter American Indian Scholarship
Who Should Apply:
  • Graduating senior
  • Must be a California resident
  • Planning to attend a vocational school or college/university and must be enrolled in 12 units per term beginning Fall 2026
  • Must show proof of American Indian blood by either a card or letter issued by the Tribal Council
  • Unweighted high school 2.5 minimum GPA 
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Please stop by the College and Career Center for application 
  • Deadline: April 15, 2026
 
Mojave Chapter Hope University Scholarship
Who Should Apply:
  • Graduating senior
  • Must be a California resident
  • Planning to attend Hope University and must be enrolled in 12 units per term beginning Fall 2026
  • Unweighted high school 3.75 minimum GPA 
  • Demonstrate financial need

Mojave Chapter Fullerton College Scholarship
Who Should Apply:
  • Graduating senior
  • Must be a California resident
  • Planning to attend Fullerton College and must be enrolled in 12 units per term beginning Fall 2026
  • Unweighted high school 3.00 minimum GPA 
  • Demonstrate financial need

  • High school seniors scheduled to graduate in 2026 who participate in varsity interscholastic athletics
  • Have overcome personal adversity, including stress, anxiety and mental health challenges from injury, illness, family hardship, academic pressure and more
