ASB Class Commissioner Application for the 2021-22 school year.

We would like to thank you for your interest in applying for an Associated Student Body leadership position. Being a member of the ASB class is an important job that requires a lot of time, effort, dedication, and responsibility. It is also very rewarding, gives you great memories, opportunities to have fun, and it gets you involved in the school. It also allows you to make decisions that affect every student on our campus. ASB is in charge of all school activities for the entire school.

FREE Virtual ACT & SAT Practice Test

Esperanza High School's PTSA and The Princeton Review will be hosting a FREE Virtual ACT & SAT Full-Length Practice Test on Saturday, April 24th from 9am-1pm. After the test, students will be able to talk with a test-prep expert from The Princeton Review to learn how to interpret their instant, interactive Score Report and begin making a test-prep plan. Click above for a flyer with more information, and make sure to register by April 19th to secure your spot and expect an email 2-3 days before the test with instructions on how to access it online.

PYLUSD Guidance on High School Sports

Orange County is now permitting the resumption of school athletic team practice and competitions for specified youth sports according to the current County Tier (with additional parameters for certain sports while the county is in purple or red tier). This document is a summary of relevant guidance on the resumption of outdoor and indoor sports.

New Esperanza Early College Program Coming Fall 2021

The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) is proud to announce the addition of Esperanza Early College (EEC), a new program coming to the campus of Esperanza High School in Anaheim, beginning with the 2021-2022 school year. EEC will offer students a unique, educational experience with the opportunity to complete their high school graduation requirements while earning transferable college units through courses offered by Fullerton College. Students can take these college units to their desired college or university.

Esperanza Early College courses will be taught by Fullerton College professors and offered during 5th and 6th period of the school day. Students who have demonstrated a readiness and willingness to learn at a higher level in grades 11-12 are eligible to enroll. Tuition and textbook rental will be free of charge for students enrolled at Esperanza. Course offerings will vary semester-to-semester.

EHS Math Tutoring

Need extra help with math? Want to prep for your math finals? Check the schedule below for Zoom link and information on our virtual after school math tutoring with EHS teachers. Also remember that Paper.co provides 24/7 tutoring on any subject to all EHS students.

Note that during finals week, tutoring will only be available on Tuesday January 26th. Regular tutoring schedule will resume second semester.
