Virtual Back to School Night 2020

Parents and Guardians,
We hope you can join us virtually this Wednesday on Sept 16th from 6-8pm for our very first virtual Back-to-School Night. Please click above for more information and a detailed schedule along with specifics on how to securely access each virtual session. In preparation for virtual participation, make sure you have links to all of your student's Zoom classrooms and are signed into your student's account before our evening begins. We hope you are able to join us and hear from your student's teachers!

Zoom and Google Classroom Parent/Student Tutorials

Parents and students,
Please see linked resources for multiple tutorials regarding how to use and access Zoom and Google Classroom. Teachers will have Google Classrooms linked in Aeries as well as emails sent to students with Zoom information by noon on August 31st.

PYLUSD Chromebook Preparation and Troubleshooting

These instructions guide students and parents on preparing for distance learning with their chromebook as well as troubleshooting issues as they come up. August 17th-21st Registration & Material Distribution Days

EHS Students and Parents,
Please click through for full schedule of days/times below for our 2020-2021 Aztecs to come to campus in order to register and pick up textbooks along with other distance learning materials (including a Chromebook). The registration process on the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 21st begins at the EHS front office gate and has been carefully designed to enforce social distancing at all stations. All students/parents will need to wear face masks/coverings while on campus, and we are asking that each student come with no more than one parent/guardian.

Thursday August 20th is traditionally reserved for our EHS Link Crew to welcome incoming freshmen to campus, but we will be conducting these Link Crew activities virtually this year for our incoming class of 2024! Be watching the EHS website and social media Thursday to participate. Additionally, our Link Crew leaders will be calling all freshmen Thursday to get connected and answer questions.
