Hi Aztecs!

My name is Meghann Callaghan and I am one of the Language Arts teachers here at Esperanza.

I grew up in Yorba Linda and have always considered PYLUSD my home. I graduated from El Dorado High School before earning my B.A. in English from California State University, Fullerton. I began my teaching career at Esperanza High School and later completed an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Walden University.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, cooking, attending concerts, watching baseball, and leading my daughter’s Girl Scouts Daisy troop.
