Lake Balboa Park, Encino, Ca DIRECTIONS - from the 101 in Encino, exit Balboa Blvd, and turn North. After 0.7 miles, turn right into the park. (This street's name is also Balboa Blvd.) Park in the dirt lot on the left. Look for the O-signs.

All cadets will meet at 9 Am at the Lake Balboa Park parking lot. The event will be over at about 12:20 in the afternoon. Hopefully, you will be able to drive your son or daughter to and from the event. However, if transportation is an issue, we will do our best to arrange a carpool.

The participation fee/compass rental is $5; however if there is a financial hardship, please have your son or daughter speak with me and the matter will be handled privately. Please ensure your son or daughter brings snakes and water or a sports drinks.

Finally, please complete and sigh the attached PYLUSD Parental permission & Medical Treatment Form and have your son or daughter return it no later than Wednesday, September 16th
