ATTENTION NEW AZTEC PARENTS AND RETURNING PARENTS OF SOPHOMORES THROUGH SENIORS
It is never too early to start planning for college! Esperanza’s AZTEC UNIVERSITY is a series of programs designed to familiarize Esperanza parents with the planning of your child’s journey through the college preparation process. That journey includes: selection of schools, financial aid, the applications process and SAT testing.
The first program in the series will be a:
Town Hall Meeting
Wednesday, October 7th
EHS Library at 7:00 PM
This evening’s program is the perfect way for new and returning Esperanza parents to:
Meet our principal, Dr. Kenneth Fox and his administrative team-parents will have an opportunity to ask questions that they won’t have time to ask at registration and Back-to-School night.
Meet the Counselors-the EHS counseling department will provide information about the timeline they follow, grade by grade, to prepare our students for college or a career upon their graduation. The counselors will also present their “scatter grams” with data showing college applications and acceptances for our graduating EHS class of ’09.
Provide you with an overview of the many programs and activities our ASB (Associated Student Body) organizes for our students and the EHS community.
