ATTENTION NEW AZTEC PARENTS AND RETURNING PARENTS OF SOPHOMORES THROUGH SENIORS
It is never too early to start planning for college! Esperanza’s AZTEC UNIVERSITY is a series of programs designed to familiarize Esperanza parents with the planning of your child’s journey through the college preparation process. That journey includes: selection of schools, financial aid, the applications process and SAT testing.
The first program in the series will be a:
Town Hall Meeting
Wednesday, October 7th
EHS Library at 7:00 PM
This evening’s program is the perfect way for new and returning Esperanza parents to:
 Meet our principal, Dr. Kenneth Fox and his administrative team-parents will have an opportunity to ask questions that they won’t have time to ask at registration and Back-to-School night.
 Meet the Counselors-the EHS counseling department will provide information about the timeline they follow, grade by grade, to prepare our students for college or a career upon their graduation. The counselors will also present their “scatter grams” with data showing college applications and acceptances for our graduating EHS class of ’09.
 Provide you with an overview of the many programs and activities our ASB (Associated Student Body) organizes for our students and the EHS community.
