ENGLISH
Score of 1 - Ready for CSU or Participating CCC College-Level English Courses
Congratulations. You are ready to enroll in for-credit courses at the CSU and participating Community Colleges. Please note, you are still required to apply for college and will need to satisfy all preparatory coursework.

Score of 3, 4, or blank - Not Yet Demonstrating Readiness for CSU or Participating CCC College-Level English Courses
Your English skills are not yet sufficiently strong to succeed in required college English courses. If you are accepted for admission to the CSU or a participating California Community College, you will be required to take a placement test. Your score on this placement test will determine if you meet the entrance requirement or if you will need to take remedial English before enrolling in courses that count toward your degree.
 
MATH
Score of 1 - Ready for CSU or Participating CCC College-Level Mathematics Courses
Congratulations. You are ready to enroll in for-credit courses at the CSU and participating Community Colleges. Please note, you are still required to apply for college and will need to satisfy all preparatory coursework.

Score of 2 - Ready for CSU or Participating CCC College-Level Mathematics Courses - Conditional
Congratulations. You demonstrated readiness at this point in time for math at the CSU and participating Community Colleges. However, you will need to take the appropriate math or science course in your senior year to ensure that you continue to be ready.

Score of 3, 4, or blank - Not Yet Demonstrating Readiness for CSU or Participating CCC College-Level Mathematics Courses

Your math skills are not yet sufficiently strong to succeed in required college math courses. If you are accepted for admission to the CSU or a participating Community College, you will be required to take a placement test.
