Hello, my name is Elizabeth "Liz" Chavez. I have worked for PYLUSD since September 2020, initially at the District Office as GATE Clerk, and now (since January 2022) at Esperanza High School as Registrar. 

 

Before coming to PYLUSD, I worked as a Registration Coordinator at Biola University in the homeschooling program for 13 years.  I received my BA in Communications at Cal State Fullerton in 1989.

 

My husband Martin and I have been married since 1993 and have two grown daughters who attended elementary, middle, and high school in this district.  Our family has lived in Placentia since 2005.

 

Things I enjoy: Bible study, cross stitching, crochet, watching documentaries, and connecting with old friends over coffee and food.
