This is Jeff’s 17th year in education including 12 years as a High School Assistant Principal in the Downey Unified School District. Jeff started his career as a science teacher where he developed a program for at-risk students as well as teaching in
the honors program.
 
He obtained his MA degree from the University of Phoenix and his BS in Ecology and SystematicBiology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. Jeff has had extensive administrative experience at Warren High School in Downey where he oversaw: facilities, instruction, student services, and master schedule/guidance.
 
Jeff, his wife Beth and their two daughters (12) and (9) love living
in Long Beach where Jeff grew up. Jeff favorite pastime is spending time with his family and friends. Jeff enjoys anything active or outdoors and is currently trying
to figure out how to hit a golf ball straight.
