Independent Study PE
The following information is for Fall 2022
Please see the EHS "Independent PE Information Slides" presentation below to start your application process for Independent Study PE. You will need to complete the online application found within the slides presentation. All other supporting documentation can be found below or within the slides presentation.
The deadline to return all of your Independent Study PE application packet is, August 18, 2023 at 12 p.m.for the 2023-2024 school year. Please ensure that you complete the online application or turn in your hard copy application to the EHS Counseling Office prior to the above date and time. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE AND TIME.
All students applying must compete at a National level. Please read the attachments carefully. Note: It is the responsibility of the student to turn in his/her grade and log form found in this packet 5 days prior to the end of each semester. Retain these forms for the grading periods.
